hi - is anyone else experiencing an abnormally high frequency of crashing/freezing with IOS 8.4.1? its happening all the time in Safari especially, along with an error message displaying at the to of safari reading "this webpage failed to load and is being reloaded" (paraphrase).

Yes. My mail crashes frequently, other apps have too.
Yes happening far too often. A few days ago it must've crashed 4 or 5 times in the one day. Since, it's been about once a day.
I've had iPhone 3, 4, 5, 5s and 6 and I don't actually recall them ever crashing; possibly once a year.
Using 5s, this has only started happening recently.
Lots of crashing since iOS 8.4.1
