Would a high Start/stop be of concern on a used bought ipod

Hello,

I just purchased a used 160g 7th gen Ipod classic. I checked Diagnostics Mode and came up with the following.

Retracts: 2

Reallocs: 0

Pending Sectors: 0

PowerOn Hours: 85

Start/Stops: 16761

Temp: Current 29c

Temp: Min 12c

Temp: Max 55c

My concern is the unusually high number of start/stops and power on hours for a "hardly used" 2-3 yr old ipod. Especially compared to my 5th gen classic which only has twice as much.

Can someone please let me know if this should be a concern?
