Safari can not connect to online library.wiley.com

Previously I was using the wiley online library with no trouble then one I suddenly have not been able to get to the website online library.wiley.com. I can take my computer to a different network and it works fine. the error I get is that safari can not connect to 127.0.0.1. I have had my computer checked for viruses and none found. Can someone tell me what the problem might be.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Start up in Recovery mode. In the OS X Utilities screen, select Get Help Online. A clean copy of Safari will launch. No plugins, such as Flash, will be available. While in Recovery, you'll have no access to your saved bookmarks or passwords, so make a note of those before you begin, if they're needed for the test.

Test. After testing, restart as usual and post the results.
