Does iPod Serial Numb. PD749LL/A Have Built-in Microphone for voice recording?

I have a fifth generation iPod PD749LL/A and wish to know if I can purchase an application which will allow one to record voice notes. I'm aware some iPods have built-in microphones, but when I attempted to match my model number with the page Apple gives to help you find your model number I was unable to find my model number, and hence unable to look up specifications.
