Q: my iphone has been rebooting on and off non stop

my iphone has been rebooting on and off non stop and i dont know what to do. Little words will pop up on the top of the screen that looks like its troubleshooting but it wont stop turning off and on, and now im not able to get back on my phone at all because it wont stop rebooting does anyone know how to fix this problem please help.

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.4.1
