Basically I dropped my phone in the water for 3 seconds and got it out, everything is working fine except the speakers I've put it in rice now and I'm going to leave it for 14 hours. Will it be fixed? Or will I have to go to the Apple Store

No one could possibly know what will happen in the future. However, since you have turned it on, then damage is likely done.
You should have let it dry for a week or so before trying to turn it on.
You will likely need to purchase an out of warranty replacement.
The rice drying may or may not work, but powering it is a very bad move. For the drying to work takes a minimum of seven days and usually more than ten. In most cases the user ends up buying an out-of-warranty replacement for the iPhone.

Water and a powered up iPhone do not mix well. Leave it in the rice one to two weeks before attempting to power up again.

My 2 cents for whatever they are worth. By all means, place the phone on rice for 1-2 weeks, it may well allow you to use the phone again. However, if it got moisture inside (likely) the phone's life will probably be affected to some degree. I have read about phones that come out of the rice working well, but only to fail latter due to internal corrosion. At this point you have nothing to loose by trying. Good luck....
