How to modify RAW photo exif date in Photos

Hi, I'm trying to change RAW photo date in Photos. I'm running 10.10.5 with RAW files from a Pentax camera but there is no change original file option which iPhoto had.

Thanks.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

In Photos select an image. Then go to Image in the Menu Bar and select Adjust Date and Time (first item). This alters the EXIF of the image. You can also do this for multiple images in a sequence as the instructions indicate.

I use Pentax as well and it works for me (DNG RAW files).

I tried to duplicate your problem with other types of RAW files and was able to. I ran the same test with Photo 9.6.1 and it successfully changed the capture date on the RAW file.

If you export the JPEF version of the RAW file it will have the changed capture date embedded.

It seems to be a bug with Photos so report it to Apple via https://www.apple.com/feedback/photos.html.
