Q: Having Apple Remote Desktop in my Mac Mini, a windows PC can get connected ?

Having Apple Remote Desktop in my Mac Mini, a windows PC can get connected ?, I am trying to get remote access to one user in order to

get connected from a Windows PC to my MAC Mini server. I can get connected to that server, but I think Apple Remote Desktop is not

compatible with Windows PC, but I found that Real VNC  is compatible, can I use it ( Real VNC ) , for windows.

Is that using  an special configuration ?
