Help...I cant restore my apple tv
I cant restore my apple tv....it doesnt show up in my itunes...I am signed in....I am connected via my HDMI cord and the icon doesnt show in Itunes....
Make sure you are following the steps exactly (disconnect all cables, connect micro usb, if using a 3rd gen reconnect power). Make sure you're connecting directly to computer. Try a different cable
