removing podcasts files frpm my I-Pod. When I try to UN-Check the podcast file nothing happens.

In the I-Pod menu section for controlling the podcasts I cannot remove existing podcasts. When I try to UN-Check the selection nothing happens. If i move the cursor one box down and click that selection becomes Checked and the intended selection one box above becomes UN-Checked.

I unistalled I-tune and reinstalled but the result ewas no change in this behavior.
