how to back up i phone
Please tell me how to back up phone like phone contacts and numbers, i lost my whole list of contacts yesterday.. just vanished ???

If you use iCloud, Contacts are already stored there. To determine if they are, log in to iCloud here: https://www.icloud.com/. Click the Contacts icon.
you can always merge your Contacts in iCloud
Settings>iCloud> Contacts and choose to merge them.
Helpful tool.
Always the option of going to Settings>iCloud>Backup> Backup Now
