Q: cannot connect to server

I have 4 emails that I use, two are working fine and I get emails, but the other two both say cannot connect to server. I don't understand why this is happening. How can two emails work and two don't? It is very frustrating. I hope someone can help me understand what may be wrong.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, I have Windows 10 64 bit
