Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac issue

Has anyone ever gotten this message when trying to download Microsoft Office for Macbook Pro or on any other Mac?

I recently had to get my hard drive replaced due to malware and since then my computer is just not acting the same. Aside from everything being completely wiped, It seems I am having issues getting programs to download and I am not sure if i'm just having bad luck or what. One is a program for school, and then this one. I re-purchased Microsoft office 2011 thinking that maybe the reason it wasn't working was because I was only allowed to use my other copy one time, but this is a brand new copy I just purchased tonight. I would be grateful for any and all insight! Thank you all!
