My photos are not saving to photo stream directly from camera.

I have not had any problems with this up until yesterday. My iPhone 5 is completely updated, synced, and backed up. I have version 8.4.1.

I take a photo with the camera and usually the photo saves directly to the camera stream. As of this morning, no photos are saving to the camera stream. Please tell me the photos are safe somewhere and how do I fix this bug?!
