Help? I’m trying to install windows 8.1

I have a macbook pro mid 2010, and I’m trying to install windows 8.1, but my computer only supports windows 7. can anyone help me?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)
