What do I need to charge my iphone 6 in Europe. Is an adapter all I need?

The charger that came with your iPhone, and a plug adapter so you can plug it into the wall outlets there.

The charger is universal, so all you need is the correct pronged adapter for the country you will be in.

This will give you enough adapters for anywhere in the world. If you'll be in only one location, browse a nearby electronics supply store for a less expensive alternative.

True, except those technically don't work with the 5W iPhone chargers. No slider part to change out.
