Then try again

The timescale setting for the Chronograph watch face does not change the numbering of the outer dial when viewing the time. Instead, it changes the configuration of the built-in stopwatch.
To see how this works in practice, try this example:
- When customising the timescale for Chronograph, rotate the Digital Crown to select the bottom-most timescale, which is 3 seconds.
- Confirm your choice by pressing the Digital Crown.
- Tap on the watch face preview to return to the watch face.
Next tap on the stopwatch complication in the upper-right corner of the screen:
- The stopwatch starts timing, using a dial for which a full rotation of the hand takes 3 seconds.
- To stop the timer, tap the red button at the upper-right corner.
- To return to the watch face, tap the grey button at the lower-right corner.
