Darn, there's no way to unlock the IPhone. or can it be highjack?
ONLY the carrier to which it is locked can legally/legitmately unlock an iPhone. no one else.

Sorry Niel that's actually not quite correct.
All japanese carriers are now required to unlock phones but only for phones released after May of 2015, so 6S, 6S Plus and after. Phones before that don't have to be unlocked. So SoftBank will only unlock phones after that. Just wanted to make sure people know if they come searching for info
