Q: My left earpod broke. Could I just go to the Apple Store and get a new pair?

I would go out and buy a new pair but Apple is the only company that's earbuds fit me. I hate using the silicon covered ones because they always fall out of my ears.

    I am sorry to hear that your Apple EarPods are no longer functioning. You do not mention your location, but you can order EarPods from the Apple Store online if they are available in your country. Apple EarPods with Remote and Mic

     

    If you would like to pick up the EarPods at an Apple retail store, you can find out if they are in stock at a particular store using the Check availability link on that same page. Enter the city for your store on the next page.
