Without knowing what sort of company your work for or what kind of training your trainers do, it's unlikely anyone can make more than generic suggestions. I'd suggest you search the App Store using the type of business (e.g. Agriculture, human resources) as a search term. Do an internet search (e.g. Free iPhone apps for people who train clowns). Go from there.

Considering you didn't say what your company does or what people are being trained on, how do you expect anyone here to offer you suggestions?
