Hi I have ipad Mini Wifi+Cellular Model no. MD542FD/A

Am unable to find Cellular Setting in ipad ,
There are only AIRPLANE MODE, WIFI, BLUETOOTH Cellular Setting is not there.
Please help to Sort out.

You need to set up a payment plan with a network provider or if pay and go put some credit on your simcard .
