Cellular setting
I Have iPad mini A1455 wifi + cellular but am unable to use SIM card ... There is no option for cellular...

I have buy this from some person... SIM card input option is there....but unable to find setting for cellular.. I had checked on iTools model is pertain to sim card
Yes, there may be an input option, but do you have a working nanoSIM that is compatible with your iPad in the device? If it is not an iPad compatible nanoSIM it will not show cellular input. Have you checked with the cell provider you are going to use with the iPad?
TThis iPad is bring from Liechtenstein. And now in India Here am trying to use air tell sim but not working. What I could need to do for sim working?I also don't know which carrier sim was using by previous owner.

And is the Airtel SIM for the iPad or did you take it out of your phone? Either the iPad is not reading the nanoSIM because of a problem with it (try another one from AirTel) or the SIM reader is damaged and cannot read the nanoSIM.
In Itools ipad Type Showing only WIFI is there any possibility that wrong firmware is updated in Ipad Like A1432 (only pertain to Wifi)
Also please confirm in setting Cellular will shown only after SIM read by Ipad?
No, you won't have the wrong firmware and yes, it will only show if it reads the nanoSIM.
Ok, So now i need to get repair of SIM reader hardware if other nano SIM was not capture by Ipad?
If you cannot get any nanoSIM to be read by the iPad you will need to take it to an EU country (assuming it was originally sold in an EU country) and have it repaired.
