Нет, не обновлял. Думаю это произошло после установки каких-то приложений. У меня это выглядит вот так:

mine shows, it says it's provided by "Weather Channel", don't know if it's available in your location.
If you create another account and boot into that account do you see the missing widgets?
Создал новую учетную запись. Вошел в нее - виджеты не появились.
I didn't try but apparently it's possible to download some of them again from the App store.
