iTunes radio won't play

I'm trying to figure out why my radio feature on iTunes won't work - I have the current version required & it still won't play. Ironically, I have another Mac too & it does work on that one, not sure if that has any bearing on the situation or not.

"Connect" isn't functioning either, but I don't use it though. I've restarted, checked for updates, & have waited to see if it was a connectivity issue - to no avail.
