Service center ignore problems

I bought my Macbook Pro mid 2014 in USA, but i live in Europe, Moldova

On apple.com i found official service centre: https://locate.apple.com/md/en/service/?pt=4&lat=47.0167167&lon=28.8497415

In middle of July i went to service centre and they do diagnostic, they say that troubles with motherboard and it need to change, 3 weeks i waited and when i finally took it back all troubles what was with my macbook left, nothing changed.

So they say next: when i talk on skype 70-75 *C it's normal temperature, when i watch youtube or twitch 65-75 *C it's normal temperature, if i open Google Chrome 4-5 tabs, its system lags it's normal.

About troubles with my macbook in beginning of spring i have artifacts on screen (i can show video), i restarted macbook and it works good, sometimes keyboard and touchpad stop work (they don't respond on any actions), i need connect usb mouse and restart macbook, when i bought macbook temperature was near 40-48*C when i work (opened Google Chrome 5-10 tabs + PhpStorm (3-5 projects in full screen) + skype + Parallels + Mail), temperature 70*C i saw when i try to play in games, when i switch fullscreens all was smoothly without any lags (now i slide three fingers on touchpad - screen changes after 1-3 sec and with ~10fps)

For example on my work 4 people with macbook + me, i have mid 2014 like other 2, one 2011 (mid) and one 2012 (early), i have compare how they work and how works mine and i can say that mine macbook pro mid 2014 works like piece of sh**.

I have talk with russian phone support they sad that this is not normal and i need to go in service centre, but service centre ignore this, they wan't do anything.

Russian support can't do anything too, because it's over country, they say that i need to go in Moscow or in Romania
