Need help signing in to my icloud email, it has been inactive do to cloud space. I've updated my account info in iTunes, but still won't let me buy cloud space.

Need help signing in to my icloud email, it has been inactive do to cloud space. I've updated my account info in iTunes, but still won't let me buy cloud space. Any help would be great.

iOS 7.0.3, Need to start up dates if I'm able

It may make sense to start with sign out first. Once you successfully signed out and then signed in it may be easier.

The card thou has to be on iCloud account in order to purchase storage.
