PhotoTransfer

I have a Mac that is a few months old. I partitioned the hard drive with OS Yosemite running Apple and Windows 10 on the other partition. I used boot camp to set up Windows 10. How do I get the photos running on Apple OS to be accessed on the Windows 10 operating system, both on the same desktop?. Is there a way to get access to or transfer all the folders to the Windows 10 side? I thought they would have all come over with using boot camp. Also, will the Outlook 365 on the Apple OS side transfer to Outlook on the Windows 10 side? Thanks for your help.
