mail

i have my email set up on my iPhone 4, I can receive emails, but once I download on my laptop ( outlook) it will disappear from my iPhone.

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.4.1

Most likely, your laptop mail client is set up to use POP3, which will delete messages from the server after downloading them by default. Set it up as an IMAP account instead.

Then you need to explain EXACTLY how it's set up on both your laptop and your phone.
