Bootcamp issue

Hello Apple advisers!

I have a problem with installing bootcamp.

i downloaded software in usb.

Going to windows setup everything is fine but after 1st restart finishing 100% ( 1st step) it says no windows not found with black screen.

I tried to install windows by removing usb ( with drivers) after starting windows setup.

In this step it goes through all steps but when i installed drivers it says " this content is not supported for this device"

This problem came in Retina 2012 13"

Than same issue with Air 11'' 2014 model.

if i remove USB at setup, the setup goes fine but at registry point trackpad & keyboard not responding.

i really need ur help Apple advisers.

Thanks.

I am just keeping usb ( drivers) & i have to keep external dvd for installation.

if i remove that i can't install windows.

should i take it out at 1st restart?

No. On 2012 Mac, you have a built-in Optical drive, it needs only the USB and you will create a full installer. On the 2014, the same thing applies. The 2012 Macs can support either USB or DVD (internal only) installation.
