Cant open iCloud in settings and my Apple music library doesnt work

I Activated my family membership on Apple Music library and used it daily. suddenly my iphone started asking me to join music library and choose the membership. When I chose, the device is not responding. When I want to open iCloud or Music in settings it doesnt work and my iPhone doesnt respondit as well. What can I do? In my MacBook Air I can use the music library without any problems.
