Ghost Ship - Costly "Complete My Purchase"

I recently purchased the Costly - EP by Ghost Ship. I was supposed to be able to "Complete My Purchase" when the full album became available. It is now available but the "Complete My Purchase" option has not appeared. Please help!! Thanks 🙂
