How can L delete photos from icloud to create more storage space

My icloud storage is nearly full. The only device feeding icloud is my ipad photos. I no longer want to store many of these photos. How can I delete these from icloud and can I access icloud directly to see what is there and delete anything that is unwanted?

The photos in your iCloud photo library are the same as the ones on your iPad. To see the iCloud Photo library on your iPad go to the link below. I recently did a step by step with photos that should help.

If you want to save your photos and take them off your iPad you can get a free DropBox account to store your photos.
