Zombie Keyboard Shortcuts still exists...

I'm already exasperated at Apple support in trying to fix this issue... you cannot edit or delete keyboard shortcuts without some major hacking of your backup file and you need a PC/MAC to do it.

I don't have access to iTunes on a PC or MAC, so all I have is two iPhones and a couple of iPads to use to resolve this issue. And the latest 8.4.1 iOS update didn't fix the issue.

Apple's solution? They don't have one.

I have :

• wiped my phone but it returns with the iOS backup reload.
• I've reset all my setting and they return.
• I've deleted keyboard shortcuts. They've returned.
• I've turned off iCloud. Deleted the shortcuts. Deleted backups. They've returned the moment I turn iCloud back on.
• I edit them. They go back to the previous version in a day or two.
• You cannot edit your shortcuts either because this bug reverts them back. Nice.
• I do not have a PC to edit my backup file.
• I don't have a MAC to do it on either.
• I don't like green eggs and ham.

So, for those without iTunes on a computer, is there a solution? This is driving me nuts.
