which app in iPhone opens .jpg files?
.jpg files which I have uploaded to iCloud cannot be opened in iPhone. which app should i download?

You do not mention what iPhone you have or what version of iOS it is using, but if you have the latest iOS 8.4.1, Apple's Photos app can work with .jpgs as well as many other image file types. See this page for more information about Photos - View photos and videos - iPhone
