I have a video project (title page that links to modules) that is saved as a .exe file. Is there any way to convert this file into one that can be used on my iMac?
An .exe file will only run in a Windows operating system. It is not a video format.
The exe file can't itself be opened in the QuickTime Player, but may be runnable through a product such as CrossOver Mac. If the videos are stored as individual files instead of being bundled into the exe, those can be opened normally.

Unfortunately, all the modules are bundled together in the one executable file.
Try using the CrossOver Mac trial; it doesn't require Windows.
