Macbook pro , os yosemite

Hello to every one.


I have MBP mid 2009.. I messed up with it and tried to clean install OS Yosemite as the MBP was very slow.. I had bootable USB OF OS Yosemite so i didnt bother of making an new one.But After erasing hard drive , i plug in bootable usb ,, At the end of installation it says the file is damaged or tempered with ..I download os yosemite 10.10 from torrent (since i has no way to connect to macstore) and made a bootable usb from windows by following this tutorial.

I have no other way of making bootable usb rather than on windows .I tried it twice.. But Mac wont show bootable disk.Its just showing arrows key and white screen..

Help please..

Trying to make a Yosemite installer from a torrent site is not only illegal but presents the very real possibility of installing malware in your MBP.


I suggest that you start from the very beginning and erase the HDD install Leopard with the original installation disks that came with your MBP or use the Snow Leopard retail disk:

This will also create an Apple ID,


Then run the Snow Leopard combo update:


https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1399?locale=en_US


That will allow you access to the App Store and then you may download and install Yosemite.
