iphone 5c phone call issue

IiPhone 5C virgin Mobile

Recently started. During a phone call after about 7 min., a recorded message breaks in saying the person you r calling is unavailable in Eng and Spainish then call drops. Anything I can check to stop this? Or what is causing it? Nothing shows on screen when it happens except that call is in progress persons name etc.
