Forgot Iphone's password and I can't connect on Itunes
Dear All,
My cousin forgot her password on her Iphone 5S and can't restore because Itunes ask for her Iphone password to connect which doesn't makes any sense, It was suppose to connect automatically. So she can't reset either
What are the other options?
Ps: I've tried all of this: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support but none of them worked.
I hope to find a solution.
