i had my screen replaced but now it doesnt recognize my simcard, the repair guy said its a software problem, so i reset my phone but now i cant even access my phone because it needs a sim card to be accessed again

Who replaced the screen? If it was someone other than Apple, you're out of luck. That phone is unsupportable.

We can't help you. Either the accident that broke the screen broke more than just the screen, or whoever replaced the screen borked the phone.

No one here represents Apple. If you want Apple's official answer, then take it to your local Apple Store. They will turn you away.
There are NO legitimate sources for iPhone parts at all. The only possible sources are stolen parts, salvaged parts, and counterfeit parts.
The fact that it was opened by an unauthorized party means you've forfeited the ability to ever have it serviced by Apple.
Look for advice elsewhere. There is nothing else we can say on the matter.
