Choppy video playback on iPhone 6plus

Anybody else having trouble with very choppy video on the 6 plus? It seems like the camera stabilization compensates too much for the slightest movement. Also, when watched videos taken in particularly shaky environments, like while in a moving car, the video looks wavy which basically ruins whatever I recorded. I wish I could upload a video to this as an example. Is this just something broken in my phone's camera or are other people having similar problems with recording video?
