When I open Outlook for Mac a message appears with 'blackliste.' In description. Not sure why this happens. I don't use my email account for mass emails. Please refer screenshot below.

If you click on the yellow icon in the bottom of the Outlook window on bottom right, it should open the full crash log window with more info. Did you receive a message "mynextjob".
When exactly and where do you see this error?
Who is your Email Provider? Comcast, Earthlink, Cox, ATT, Yahoo, iCloud, Gmail, AOL, Hotmail (other)
What version of Outlook are you using?
