Q: change original screen photo

I reset my ipad and the first screen changed photo. I can set wallpaper but that does not change the irst screen. How can I change the first screen the same as my wallpaper?

It is in Settings > Wallpaper. After you have selected an image there is an option to use it for the Lock Screen, Home Screen, or both. Change your iPhone wallpaper - Apple Support
