Sorry to hear that you can't access your iPhone. That is something that you can get passed but you might need to restore your iPhone.
Before we go down the avenue of restoring, simply try to restart your iPhone. Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for about ten seconds or until you see the Apple logo. Once the restart is done, try accessing your iPhone. If you can then you are good to go.

If it does not work, then you will need to restore your iPhone. To do that, take a look at the steps below. It will walk you through putting your iPhone into recovery mode. Once it is in that mode, you can use iTunes to restore your iPhone. If you have a recent backup in iTunes or iCloud, you can put that back on once the restore is complete.
