Q: Use Siri on Apple Watch to Add Items to Shopping List
Background: Until recently, I was able to tell Siri from my Apple Watch to add an item to a Reminder list that I named 'My Shopping List'. So I could say, "Hey Siri, add bacon to My Shopping List", and boom, 'Bacon' would show up on My Shopping List. I also shared the list with my wife, and so if either one of us went to the store, we could pick up what the other person needed.
This was a seamless way to add something to my shopping list when I was driving or otherwise had my hands full, etc. But I can no longer get this to work from my Apple Watch.
I can still do this from my iPhone, but it seems that Siri on the Apple Watch has lost this capability, probably with the most recent software update. Siri complains, "You don't have a shopping list. If you Handoff to your iPhone, I can create it for you". Swiping up on the Handoff icon does not solve the problem.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, or does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get this working again?
