Have had my apple watch since they came out. Do the workout religiosly for 3 months doing an "outdoor walk" every day and I always check my heart rate by the changing display during the workout. For some unknown reason, yesterday the heart rate display is gone! I try other workouts and it is there but the one program I use its gone! I've done all the resets, re pair, called support and nothing works? Gotta have my heart rate display.

To clarify: have you unpaired and re-paired your Apple Watch and iPhone (using the Apple Watch app on your iPhone to do this and restoring your watch from the backup when offered that option during set up when re-pairing it)?
If you have already tried that, next try:
Unpair your watch from your iPhone using the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. This will create a new, up to date watch backup on your iPhone:
Apple Watch app > My Watch > General > Apple Watch > Unpair Apple Watch.
Erase all content and settings on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch - Apple Support
Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
Also: after re-pairing, you can calibrate your Apple Watch again, so that it gives you more accurate fitness and activity-related estimates.
Calibration data is lost when the watch is re-paired with your iPhone (even if the watch is restored from a backup), so that process should ideally be repeated.
