i just got my mac 2 days ago now i have a virus called pat snake *** if u cant fix it i want my money back

Take it back to the Apple Store and get a refund.

If you purchased your MBP from Apple (not a reseller) you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it for a refund or an exchange. Itis your decision.

Agree with the previous posters. However, your Mac Book did not come with that virus on it (assuming you actually have one). That's not on apple, that's on you.

Generally, the introduction of a virus to the computer requires some type of enabling by the user.

Did you install MacKeeper?

If so, remove it then restart your computer...

You may have a virus but your Mac does not.

If you will stop your ranting and threats and provide us with the fact of exactly what is wrong with your MBP maybe we can help you fix it.

What application are you running?

Did you install anti-virus software such as MacKeeper?

IMHO you should return the MBP and get an abacus instead.
