Video Codec Problem in iDVD

Hi Community,

for a project I´m using iDVD and before the program burns my DVD menue to a dvd it stops with an error saying: "Encoding of the film failed!"

The video file has a H.264 Codec 1920-1080 mp4 codec and 2.13 GB size.

Anybody has a clue why there is an error? Any help would be higly appreciateted

Thanks

Hi

iDVD does a standard Video-DVD and then it use DVD Standard (nothing else will play on a standard DVD-player)

This is

NTSC (29.97fps) 520 lines - about 640x480 pixels (square) 720x480 rectangular (narrow) pixels

PAL (25 fps) 625 lines - about 768x576 pixels (square) 720x576 rectangular (narrow) pixels

You use: The video file has a H.264 Codec 1920-1080 mp4 codec and 2.13 GB size.

iMovie’08 to 11

Share to MediaBrowser - and as MEDIUM (when sometime audio fails - try LARGE)

Import in iDVD from Media / Video(movies)

iMovie’13 (version 10.0.x)

Share to File - and as 480p - NOTHING ELSE as it doesn’t work !

Good Luck !
