My TO address is listed as "Contacts"

On both my MBP and MM I'm now listed as the TO email address as "Contacts". I did find a contact called "Contacts" and that had my std email address. I have deleted it. But I still have the issue even after restarting the Contacts and Mail apps on both computers.

I can send a message and my Name and email are listed properly. It's only when I look in the Mail app that I see the above.
