Can I view playcounts in playlists anymore?

I was forced to update my iTunes to iTunes 12 when I got a new computer, and after transferring my library from my iPod I noticed that inside playlists you can no longer view playcounts, or sort them. Now all I can see is the song, artists, length, album and year released. Is it possible to add criteria to display like in all other previous iTunes incarnations? And can I sort by these criteria?

Yes and yes, but they have made it harder. Go to the upper right of the playlist and change it to Songs view. You will then be able to click "Show Columns" to choose the ones you want. See picture below.
