Sync issue with dotted circles

After the Apple Music update my itunes stopped syncing some of the music on my library. I have both in my phone and my itunes the latest updates however when I go to the music tab in my devices more than 200 songs have a dotted circle next to them out of the 400 I gave. Could not found a solution since the Apple Music update and finally decided to write my issue here.

Yes I have the latest iTunes and IOS running on my phone and Windows Computer.

Yes I have plenty of space in my phone for the music to be synced.

I am about to lose my mind, any help would be appriciated.
